- Melt the white chocolate chips gently. You can do this in a microwave-safe bowl in 20- to 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely smooth. Alternatively, melt over a double boiler on the stovetop, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.
- Once the chocolate is fully melted and silky, stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans. Mix thoroughly until all pieces are well coated with white chocolate.
- Using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop, drop clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Work quickly before the mixture begins to set.
- Let the clusters cool at room temperature until firm, or place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to speed up the setting process.
