3-Ingredient White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips gently. You can do this in a microwave-safe bowl in 20- to 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely smooth. Alternatively, melt over a double boiler on the stovetop, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.
  2. Once the chocolate is fully melted and silky, stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans. Mix thoroughly until all pieces are well coated with white chocolate.
  3. Using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop, drop clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Work quickly before the mixture begins to set.
  4. Let the clusters cool at room temperature until firm, or place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to speed up the setting process.
