  • 2 cups (300 g) dark cherries (fresh, canned, or frozen)

Whipped Cream

  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold cream
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional – for a Christmas touch)

Decoration

  • Bitter chocolate curls
  • Sugar-coated cherries, cranberries, or pomegranate seeds
  • Small rosemary or mint leaves
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling
