4-Ingredient Orange Chicken

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer according to the package directions for the frozen chicken bites.
  2. Cook the chicken until golden brown and crispy. (In an air fryer: 375°F for about 10–12 minutes; in an oven: 400°F for 20–25 minutes.)
  3. Set aside once cooked.

2️⃣ Make the Orange Sauce

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the orange marmalade, soy sauce, and BBQ sauce.
  2. Stir continuously and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for about 3–5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes glossy.
  3. Taste and adjust — add more soy sauce for saltiness or more marmalade for sweetness.

3️⃣ Toss & Serve

  1. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  2. Serve immediately over white rice or fried rice for a full meal, or enjoy as an appetizer with toothpicks!
