Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

For the Fried Plantains:

  • 1 ripe plantain (yellow with black spots)
  • 1–2 tbsp vegetable oil, for frying
  • Pinch of salt

For the Spinach:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

For the Avocado:

  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • Optional: sprinkle of chili flakes or lemon juice
