🧂 Ingredients
- 🥥 2 cups shredded coconut
- 🍒 1 cup chopped glacé cherries or maraschino cherries
- 🍶 ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 🧈 2 tbsp melted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🍫 2 cups dark or milk chocolate chips
- 🛢️ 1 tbsp coconut oil (for melting)
👩🍳 Instructions
- 🥣 Mix coconut, cherries, condensed milk, melted butter, and salt until thick and sticky.
- 🧊 Press mixture into a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
