Ingredients

  • 2 cups (240 g) powdered sugar
  • ½ cup (150 g) dulce de leche
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream

Caramel Drizzle (Optional)

  • ½ cup (150 g) caramel sauce
  • 1–2 tablespoons warm cream
