Buffalo Chicken Biscuit Bombs

Three ingredients, big flavor. These handheld biscuit “bombs” wrap tender shredded chicken in a tangy buffalo kick, all tucked inside soft, golden biscuits. They’re fast to assemble, fun to eat, and perfect for game day, appetizers, or an easy weeknight bite—no extra mix-ins required.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8‑count, not flaky)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

Instructions

1) Prep & Make the Filling

  1. Open the biscuit can and separate the 8 pieces. Keep them chilled while you mix the filling so they’re easier to handle.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with the buffalo sauce until every strand is evenly coated. The mixture should look glossy and cling to the chicken without pooling at the bottom.
