Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 2–3 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil (for dressing)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice for a different twist)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: a pinch of chili flakes or paprika for a spicy kick
