3️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased 9×13″ baking dish, spread a small amount of beef mixture on the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of noodles, followed by more beef mixture, a sprinkle of bacon, shredded cheddar and mozzarella, and a few dollops of sour cream (if using).
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese and bacon on top.

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing to allow layers to set.
