Baileys Peppermint Mocha Shots

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • ½ oz espresso or strong coffee (freshly brewed or cold brew)
  • Optional garnish: whipped cream, crushed candy canes, or cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Start by brewing a shot of espresso or making strong coffee. If you’re using a coffee maker, just make sure the coffee is bold and strong enough to complement the other flavors in the shot.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of Baileys Irish Cream, 1 oz of peppermint schnapps, 1 oz of chocolate liqueur, and ½ oz of freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. The ice will chill the mixture and help combine all the ingredients into a smooth, creamy shot.
  3. Strain the mixture into a shot glass or small glass, making sure to leave the ice behind. The shot should have a rich, creamy texture with a hint of mint and chocolate flavor.
