1️⃣ Prep the Filling
- In a medium bowl, mix together cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
2️⃣ Shape the Dough
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out each portion of dough into a circle about 6–8 inches wide.
3️⃣ Fill and Seal
- Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture onto one half of each dough round, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edge.
- Fold the dough over to enclose the filling and press the edges together. Crimp with a fork to seal completely.
- Place calzones on the baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
