Instructions
- Preheat the oven. Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly with cooking spray or a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the topping. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is creamy and well-combined. This creamy topping will form the flavorful crust on the chicken breasts.
- Arrange the chicken. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the greased baking dish. Make sure they are arranged in a single layer for even cooking.
- Spread the topping. Evenly spread the mayonnaise-Parmesan mixture over the tops of each chicken breast, making sure the entire surface is coated. The layer of topping should be generous for the best flavor.
- Bake the chicken. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish and serve. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for a touch of color and extra flavor. Serve with your favorite side dishes, such as rice, roasted vegetables, or a crisp salad.
