Banana Pudding Cheesecake 🍌🍰

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
  3. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass to compress it.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool while you prepare the filling.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add sugar and beat again until combined. Add mashed bananas and vanilla, mixing until incorporated.
  3. Mix in sour cream and flour. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed just until blended. Do not overmix.
