👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Noodles
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
2️⃣ Mix the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin (if using), sesame oil, brown sugar, water, and cornstarch. Set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Beef
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 1/2 tablespoon oil.
- Add beef strips and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
4️⃣ Stir-Fry the Veggies
- Add remaining oil to the pan. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and carrot. Cook for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
5️⃣ Combine Everything
