Directions
Preheat the Oven:
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This is the perfect temperature for baking the cake, ensuring it bakes evenly and comes out perfectly golden brown. As the oven heats, prepare your bundt pan by greasing it generously with butter or cooking spray. This will help the cake release easily after baking and prevent it from sticking to the pan. You can also lightly dust the pan with flour if you prefer, but greasing alone will usually suffice.
Mix the Cake Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla pudding mix, and cinnamon. These dry ingredients form the base of your cake and give it a warm, spiced flavor. Add the eggs, water, oil, and white wine to the dry ingredients. The wine is what adds a subtle richness to the flavor profile, making the cake even more moist and delicious. Use a hand mixer or whisk to mix everything together until the batter is smooth and fully combined. This step should take only about 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer, but you can mix by hand as well if you don’t have a mixer.
Pour into the Bundt Pan:
Once your batter is smooth and ready, pour it into the prepared bundt pan. Make sure to spread the batter evenly so it bakes uniformly. The batter will rise slightly during baking, so ensure there is enough room at the top of the pan to avoid overflow. Tap the pan gently on the counter to level the batter and release any air bubbles.
