Big Mac Inspired Beef Wraps

Assemble the Wraps

  1. Lay a large flour tortilla on a clean surface. Arrange a layer of shredded lettuce in the center, ensuring it stays away from the edges so the wrap can fold properly. Add a generous spoonful of the warm beef mixture on top, followed by shredded cheddar cheese so it begins to melt slightly from the heat.
  2. Add a few dill pickle slices for crunch and tang, then drizzle the prepared special sauce over the filling. The sauce should be added in thin ribbons or small spoonfuls so it distributes evenly without overpowering the other flavors.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a sealed wrap that holds its shape. Press gently to secure.

Serve

  1. Serve immediately while the beef is warm and the cheese is soft. The wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be lightly warmed in a skillet if needed, just long enough to heat the exterior without softening the lettuce inside.
