Blackberry Cheesecake Pie 🍇 – Creamy, Fruity & Perfect for Summer!

4️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix just until incorporated—do not overmix.

5️⃣ Assemble the Pie

  1. Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust.
  2. Spoon half of the cooled blackberry sauce on top and gently swirl using a knife.
  3. Spread the remaining cheesecake filling evenly, then top with remaining blackberry sauce. Swirl again gently.

6️⃣ Bake & Chill

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  2. Cool the pie on a wire rack for 1 hour.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully chilled and set.

7️⃣ Serve

  • Garnish with whipped cream and fresh blackberries if desired.
  • Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
