4️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour. Mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix just until incorporated—do not overmix.
5️⃣ Assemble the Pie
- Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust.
- Spoon half of the cooled blackberry sauce on top and gently swirl using a knife.
- Spread the remaining cheesecake filling evenly, then top with remaining blackberry sauce. Swirl again gently.
6️⃣ Bake & Chill
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool the pie on a wire rack for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully chilled and set.
7️⃣ Serve
- Garnish with whipped cream and fresh blackberries if desired.
