Cajun Butter Shrimp Skillet

  1. Combine & Serve: Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss well so each piece is fully coated in the Cajun butter sauce. Let them warm through for about 30–60 seconds without overcooking. Sprinkle generously with chopped fresh parsley to add brightness and color. Serve immediately while hot, ideally with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to capture the extra sauce.

Notes

  • Dry shrimp sear better—moisture prevents browning and dilutes seasoning.
  • Adjust heat by increasing or decreasing the cayenne pepper to your liking.
  • Honey adds balance and rounds out the spice but is entirely optional.
  • The sauce thickens as it cools; serve right away for the best texture.
