Cajun Salmon and Shrimp with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Cajun Salmon and Shrimp with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

This Cajun salmon and shrimp platter delivers a restaurant-style combination of crispy-skinned salmon, buttery shrimp, and silky mashed potatoes topped with a rich, velvety Cajun cream sauce. The Cajun seasoning adds warmth and spice without overpowering the fresh seafood, while the mashed potatoes provide the perfect base to soak up the luxurious sauce. Each element is prepared in the same skillet to build layers of flavor, resulting in a bold yet comforting dish that feels refined enough for special occasions but simple enough for weeknight cooking.
