Cajun Shrimp Alfredo Pasta Bake

  1. Assemble & Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl or directly in a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the warm Alfredo sauce, stirring to ensure every piece is coated evenly. Fold in the optional diced tomatoes or red bell peppers for a pop of color and flavor. Arrange the seared shrimp on top, then sprinkle an extra layer of mozzarella over the entire dish for a golden, melted finish. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly, melted, and lightly browned around the edges.
  2. Garnish & Serve: Remove the pasta bake from the oven and let it rest briefly so the sauce can settle. Finish with a generous sprinkle of chopped parsley for freshness. Serve hot, making sure each portion includes shrimp and plenty of creamy sauce.

Pro Tips

  • Add a squeeze of fresh lemon over the shrimp before serving for a bright, zesty contrast.
  • For extra heat, stir in crushed red pepper or drizzle with hot sauce before baking.
  • Use freshly grated cheese whenever possible for smoother melting and better flavor.
  • If the sauce thickens too much, loosen it with a splash of milk or pasta water during assembly.
