Cajun Shrimp Boil in Garlic Butter Sauce 🌽🔥🍤

🍽️ How to Make It

1️⃣ Boil the Base

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add baby potatoes and boil for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender.
  • Add corn chunks and sliced sausage to the pot and boil for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Squeeze in the lemon halves and add Cajun and Old Bay seasonings. Stir to infuse the broth with bold, zesty flavor.

2️⃣ Toss in the Shrimp

  • Add shrimp to the pot and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  • Immediately drain everything and transfer to a large bowl, baking tray, or serving platter.

3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.
  • Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
