🍽️ How to Make It
1️⃣ Boil the Base
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add baby potatoes and boil for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender.
- Add corn chunks and sliced sausage to the pot and boil for an additional 5 minutes.
- Squeeze in the lemon halves and add Cajun and Old Bay seasonings. Stir to infuse the broth with bold, zesty flavor.
2️⃣ Toss in the Shrimp
- Add shrimp to the pot and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Immediately drain everything and transfer to a large bowl, baking tray, or serving platter.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.
- Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
