1️⃣ Prepare the Batter
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Mix in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla and sour cream until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Do not overmix.
2️⃣ Make the Cinnamon Swirl
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon until combined.
