Caramel Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Pound Cake

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Batter

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla and sour cream until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Do not overmix.

2️⃣ Make the Cinnamon Swirl

  • In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon until combined.
