Cheesy Cabbage Casserole

  1. Bake the casserole:
    Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden on top. The edges should be hot and slightly crisped, and the center should be fully heated through.
  2. Rest and serve:
    Remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the layers to settle and makes it easier to cut neat portions. Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and added freshness. Serve warm as a hearty main dish alongside a green salad or crusty bread.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm individual portions in the microwave, or reheat the entire dish in a 350°F oven until hot and bubbly.
