Cheesy Cajun Chicken Twisted Pasta in Creamy Mozzarella Alfredo Sauce

3️⃣ Make the Creamy Alfredo Sauce

  1. Reduce the skillet heat slightly and melt the butter in the same pan used for the chicken.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant (be careful not to burn).
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan — that’s where all the flavor is!
  4. Add the cream cheese and stir until it melts smoothly into the sauce.
  5. Mix in the mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring constantly until the cheeses melt and the sauce thickens into a luscious Alfredo consistency.
  6. If the sauce feels too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water until you reach your preferred texture.
