1️⃣ Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese.
- Mix in the ranch seasoning or taco seasoning, if using, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
2️⃣ Prepare the Crescent Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles as per the instructions on the package.
3️⃣ Stuff the Crescent Rolls
- Place a generous spoonful of the chicken filling at the wider end of each crescent triangle.
- Roll up the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the pointed end.
- Pinch the edges to seal the rolls tightly and prevent any filling from escaping during baking.
4️⃣ Bake the Rolls
- Place the stuffed rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, brush the tops with melted butter for a golden, glossy finish.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
5️⃣ Serve
- Let the rolls cool slightly before serving to avoid burning your mouth with molten cheese.
