- Sauté the Garlic
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic, as it can turn bitter.
- Prepare the Chicken Filling
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet with the garlic. Stir to combine and heat through for about 3-4 minutes.
- Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Continue to stir for another 1-2 minutes, ensuring the chicken is well-coated with the seasoning and garlic.
- Add the Cheese
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy and gooey, about 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare the Tortillas
- While the chicken mixture is cooking, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until soft and pliable, about 20 seconds in the microwave or 1 minute in a dry skillet over medium heat.
- Brush each tortilla lightly with melted butter to enhance the flavor and give it a golden, crispy texture when you cook the wraps.
- Assemble the Wraps
- Place an equal portion of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each warmed tortilla.
- Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up, securing the filling inside.
- Cook the Wraps
- Heat a small amount of butter or olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve and Garnish
- Slice the wraps in half and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
- Serve immediately, with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of veggies!
