Cheesy Shrimp & Crab Bake Dip 🦐🧀 – Rich, Savory & Irresistible

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp 🦐

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes until just pink and cooked through.
  4. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the crab meat. Set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesy Base 🧀

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding Old Bay or Cajun seasoning for extra flavor (optional).

3️⃣ Combine Everything 🦐🧀

  1. Gently fold the sautéed shrimp and crab mixture into the creamy cheese base. Mix until well combined.

4️⃣ Bake the Dip 🔥

  1. Spread the dip mixture into a small baking dish.
  2. Top with extra shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese for a melty, cheesy topping.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika or chili flakes for extra color and heat.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 18–22 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
