1️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp 🦐
- Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chopped shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes until just pink and cooked through.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the crab meat. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesy Base 🧀
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
- Mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding Old Bay or Cajun seasoning for extra flavor (optional).
3️⃣ Combine Everything 🦐🧀
- Gently fold the sautéed shrimp and crab mixture into the creamy cheese base. Mix until well combined.
4️⃣ Bake the Dip 🔥
- Spread the dip mixture into a small baking dish.
- Top with extra shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese for a melty, cheesy topping.
- Sprinkle with paprika or chili flakes for extra color and heat.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 18–22 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy 🍽️
- Serve the hot dip immediately with toasted baguette slices, crackers, tortilla chips, or veggie sticks.
- Garnish with additional parsley if desired for a fresh touch.
