Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake 🎂🍪

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.

2️⃣ Bake

  1. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  2. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is just set. The center will continue to firm up as it cools.
  3. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before removing or decorating.
