Chocolate & Coffee Ombre Drip Cake

  1. Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip, pipe buttercream rosettes on top of the cake using the various cocoa shades for a layered ombre design.
  2. Finish with a scattering of coffee beans, chocolate pearls, or a dusting of cocoa powder as desired.

Serving Tip

Chill the cake before slicing for cleaner cuts. Bring to room temperature 15–20 minutes before serving to allow the buttercream and ganache to soften. Pairs beautifully with espresso or a dark roast coffee for a rich, layered dessert experience.
