Mix the chopped maraschino cherries and cherry juice into the prepared Rice Krispies layer, pressing gently to distribute them evenly across the top.
- Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
- Assemble:
Pour the melted chocolate over the cherry layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Allow the treats to cool completely, letting the chocolate set.
- Optional Garnish:
Drizzle with melted white chocolate or sprinkle festive decorations on top before the chocolate sets.
- Cut and Serve:
Once fully set, cut into squares or bars and serve.
