Ingredients

For the Chocolate Crêpes (Makes 6–8):

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for the pan)
