Chocolate Fudge Cake (Bone Crazy) – Decadent & Dangerously Good

🍫 Fudge Topping

Ingredients:

  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 heaping tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
  3. Allow it to boil for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly.
  4. Remove from heat. The topping will thicken more as it cools to a fudgy consistency.

Final Assembly:

  1. Pour the warm fudge topping over the baked cake, spreading evenly with a spatula.
  2. Let the cake rest until the topping sets. Serve warm or at room temperature.

💡 Tips

  • Extra richness: Add a handful of chocolate chips to the batter before baking.
  • Want a glossier finish? Add 1 tablespoon of corn syrup to the fudge topping while cooking.
  • Storage: Store covered at room temperature for 2–3 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days.

This cake is dangerously good — moist, chocolaty, and drenched in gooey fudge. It’s the kind of simple recipe that becomes an instant favorite for birthdays, weekends, or whenever chocolate calls.
