Chocolate & Orange Cheesecake with Silky Ganache

⭐ Ingredients

For the Base:

  • 200 g digestive biscuits
  • 80 g melted butter

For the Chocolate–Orange Cream:

  • 400 g cream cheese (labneh or Philadelphia)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon starch (cornstarch or wheat starch)

For the Ganache:

  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for added shine)
