For the Base:
- 200 g digestive biscuits

- 400 g cream cheese (labneh or Philadelphia)
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon starch (cornstarch or wheat starch)
For the Ganache:
- 120 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for added shine)
