4️⃣ Assemble the Cake
- Place one cooled cake layer on a serving plate.
- Spread a thick layer of chocolate cream on top.
- Layer on the sliced strawberries evenly.
- Add the second cake layer gently over the strawberries.
- Cover the entire cake with the remaining chocolate cream using an offset spatula.
- Decorate with whole or halved strawberries on top.
- Drizzle with ganache or melted chocolate if desired for a glossy finish.
5️⃣ Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate the assembled cake for at least 1 hour to set the cream and meld the flavors.
- Slice with a sharp knife and serve chilled or at room temperature.
