5️⃣ Roll the Cake
- Once the cake has cooled, carefully unroll it and remove the towel.
- Spread the whipped cream filling evenly over the cake.
- Carefully roll the cake back up, this time without the towel. Place the seam side down.
6️⃣ Apply the Chocolate Buttercream
- Cover the entire roll with the chocolate buttercream, using a spatula to create a textured, « log-like » appearance.
7️⃣ Decorate
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and add fresh fruit or mint leaves for garnish.
- For a wintery touch, sprinkle powdered sugar over the cake to create a « snow » effect.
