Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Fluffy Rolls

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Once the rolls have finished their second rise, bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the centers are cooked through but still soft. If they brown too quickly, loosely cover with foil during the last 5 minutes of baking.

Remove the rolls from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar topping if using. Let them cool slightly before serving warm.

Serving Suggestions

Serve these Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Fluffy Rolls fresh out of the oven while they’re still warm and soft. They pair beautifully with a hot cup of coffee or tea and make an excellent addition to a brunch spread or holiday breakfast.

Make-Ahead & Storage

You can prepare the rolls up to the second rise and refrigerate overnight. Let them come to room temperature and rise slightly in the morning before baking. Baked rolls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerated for up to 4 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or oven to restore softness.
