Ingredients:
1 lb (450 g) feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup of ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg (optional)
8 sheets of phyllo pastry
1/2 cup of melted butter or olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix feta, ricotta, eggs, yogurt, and nutmeg until combined.
Grease a baking dish and layer 4 sheets of phyllo pastry, brushing each with melted butter or oil.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the phyllo layers.
Layer the remaining 4 phyllo sheets on top, brushing with butter or oil between each sheet.
Tuck in the edges, score the top into squares, and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly, cut, and serve warm.
