Assemble and Bake
- Pour the pecan filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly. Be careful not to overfill, as the filling will puff slightly during baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50–60 minutes. The pie is done when the center is set but slightly jiggly, and the top is golden brown. If the edges of the crust brown too quickly, cover them with foil or a pie shield to prevent burning.
- Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature. Cooling helps the filling set properly, making it easier to slice cleanly.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added richness and contrast. Each bite delivers a perfect balance of sweetness, buttery crust, and crunchy pecans.
