Classic Pepperoni Pizza (Crispy Crust & Melty Cheese)

4. Bake

  1. Slide the pizza (on parchment) onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 10–13 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.

5. Serve

  1. Remove from oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if you like heat. Slice and serve hot!

Tips & Variations

  • Use fresh mozzarella for a more indulgent melt.
  • Try a garlic butter crust by brushing melted butter + garlic powder on the edges before baking.
  • Add olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers if you like a supreme-style twist.
