π Assembling the Cake
- Place the first cake layer on a serving stand. Brush with sugar syrup if desired.
- Pipe a frosting border around the edge.
- Spread mousse inside the border.
- Repeat with all layers.
- Cover the entire cake with frosting.
- Press remaining Oreo crumbs into the sides for texture.
- Chill cake for at least 30 minutes.
- Drizzle ganache over the edges so it drips down naturally.
- Pipe whipped cream on top if desired and decorate with whole Oreos or crumbs.
