- Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside. - Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts between sheets of parchment or plastic wrap. Pound them to an even thickness for consistent cooking. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. - Sear the Chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
