Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon ๐Ÿฆ€๐Ÿค๐ŸŸ

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

1๏ธโƒฃ Preheat the Oven

  • Heat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the Salmon

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
  2. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a slit down the center of each fillet to create a pocket (be careful not to cut all the way through).
  3. Brush the salmon with olive oil or melted butter, then season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

3๏ธโƒฃ Make the Stuffing

  1. In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, fresh parsley, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Mix well until the stuffing is creamy and well-blended. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.

4๏ธโƒฃ Stuff the Salmon

  1. Spoon the crab-and-shrimp stuffing into the slit of each salmon fillet, pressing gently to close. Some stuffing may overflow, which is fine!

5๏ธโƒฃ Bake

  1. Place the stuffed salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 18โ€“22 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the stuffing is heated through.

6๏ธโƒฃ Serve

  • Garnish the salmon with fresh dill or parsley and lemon wedges for a burst of color and freshness.
  • Serve with your favorite side dishes like rice, roasted vegetables, or a light salad.
