Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon 🦀🍤🐟

📝 Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the Salmon:

  • 4 thick-cut salmon fillets (6 oz each), skinless

For the Crab & Shrimp Filling:

  • ½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped 🍤
  • ½ cup lump crab meat 🦀
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 🍋
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or dill, chopped 🌿
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 🧂
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and flavor)

Optional Garnish:

  • Lemon slices 🍋
  • Extra parsley 🌿
