Crabby Shrimp Garlic Bread Bombs

HOW TO MAKE IT

1️⃣ Prep the Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread into thick pieces — about 1½ to 2 inches thick.
  3. Brush each slice generously with melted butter.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and toast lightly in the oven for about 5 minutes, just until the edges start to crisp.

2️⃣ Make the Seafood Filling

  1. Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink, about 2–3 minutes per side. Let cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped shrimp gently, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.

3️⃣ Assemble the Bread Bombs

  1. Scoop a generous amount of the seafood mixture onto each toasted bread slice, spreading it evenly across the surface.
  2. Arrange all the topped slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4️⃣ Bake Until Golden

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden, bubbly, and slightly browned around the edges.
  2. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

5️⃣ Serve & Garnish

  1. Sprinkle each bread bomb with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy the creamy, garlicky seafood goodness!
