HOW TO MAKE IT
1️⃣ Prep the Bread
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Italian bread into thick pieces — about 1½ to 2 inches thick.
- Brush each slice generously with melted butter.
- Place on a baking sheet and toast lightly in the oven for about 5 minutes, just until the edges start to crisp.
2️⃣ Make the Seafood Filling
- Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink, about 2–3 minutes per side. Let cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped shrimp gently, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.
3️⃣ Assemble the Bread Bombs
- Scoop a generous amount of the seafood mixture onto each toasted bread slice, spreading it evenly across the surface.
- Arrange all the topped slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4️⃣ Bake Until Golden
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden, bubbly, and slightly browned around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
5️⃣ Serve & Garnish
- Sprinkle each bread bomb with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness.
- Serve warm and enjoy the creamy, garlicky seafood goodness!
