- Using a serrated knife, slice the bread into thick sections, creating deep pockets without cutting all the way through the bottom. Set aside.

- Chop shrimp into small pieces.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sautΓ© shrimp for 2β3 minutes until pink and just cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3οΈβ£ Mix the Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, cooked shrimp, crab meat (if using), parsley, garlic, paprika, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.

- Gently spoon the seafood mixture into each bread pocket, pressing down lightly to fill completely.
5οΈβ£ Brush with Garlic Butter
- Mix the melted butter with a bit of extra minced garlic.
- Brush generously over the entire loaf, including between slices for maximum flavor.

- Wrap the loaf in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15β20 minutes until hot and the cheese is melted.
- Unwrap the foil for the last 5 minutes to crisp up the crust.
