1️⃣ Prep the Casserole Dish:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
2️⃣ Assemble the Layers:
- Evenly spread the frozen hash browns in the bottom of the prepared baking dish — no need to thaw.
- Layer the cooked and crumbled sausage evenly over the hash browns.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon crumbles over the sausage layer.
- Top with 1½ cups of the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving the rest for later.
3️⃣ Mix the Egg Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and ranch dressing mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Slowly pour the egg mixture over the assembled layers in the baking dish, ensuring even coverage.
4️⃣ Top and Bake:
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the cheese is golden and bubbly on top. A knife inserted into the middle should come out clean.
