👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the Base
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cranberries, celery, and red onion (if using).
2️⃣ Make the Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice (or vinegar), and Dijon mustard (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3️⃣ Combine & Chill
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- If using nuts, fold them in gently.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
4️⃣ Serve
- Serve chilled on croissants, sandwich bread, wraps, crackers, or over a bed of lettuce.
- Garnish with extra cranberries or parsley if desired.
