- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
- Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg if using. Remove from heat.
4️⃣ Assemble:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Fill each cooked pasta shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Place filled shells in the baking dish snugly in a single layer.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle with extra mozzarella or Parmesan if desired.

- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra browning.
