Creamy Bacon Pea Salad

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Dressing

1. Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large serving bowl.Mix until completely smooth—this becomes the base that coats the peas and ensures every bite is creamy.

2️⃣ Assemble the Salad

1. Add chopped bacon, thawed peas, shredded cheddar cheese, and finely diced red onions to the bowl.The mix of textures—crunchy bacon, crisp onion, tender peas—adds great variety while the cheddar gives richness.
2. Stir gently to combine.Fold everything through the dressing until evenly coated without mashing the peas.
