Ingredients

For the Pasta:

For the Cheese Sauce:

  • 1 cup whole milk (237 milliliters)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (237 milliliters)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
  • 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (for the sauce and topping)

For the Topping:

  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for the breadcrumbs)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
